Notes

Spent some seminary time working out a bit. Did some stretches and Warm up work, including more QL Stretching. I think that is the one piece I was missing before.

Spent some time working on my katas this morning as a way to work on movement. I can feel this work in my hips, which is hopefully a good thing.
