Had a great workout this morning. Even though it was rainy, I still got up and got going early. I was down and working on my warm up before 5am. It made the workout go faster and had me ready to go pretty quickly.

I skipped the workout at Seminary today in favor of reading scriptures. I felt it was a better use of my time. I think I'm going to work on doing a routine in the evening/before bed. This routine will focus on cardio and/or stretching-yoga. I also plan to continue stretching during the work day.
