Warm Up:
Joint rotations
Pass throughs
QL Stretch
Squat therapy
Shoulder rehab movements (5lbs x 8 reps)
Burgener Warm Up (Iron Bar x 4 reps)

The workout was mostly about mobility, and some ab work. I did my Turkish get-ups pretty slowly, and focused a lot on form. I wanted to make sure i get the stretches and movements I was looking for.

I finished up with two sets of 10 of hanging knee raises. This has the benefit of allowing me to work on my grip and my abs at the same time. :)
