Had a good workout today. I'm following Terry Crew's mantra about just waking up, getting dressed and showing up. Once I get into the basement, I do what I can, though I don't kill myself at it. I do miss outside rides and longer workouts, though. Still waiting on the weather to cooperate so I can get back to that.
