Didn't have a lot of time to workout today, so I tried to power through. I was a bit surprised at the weights, though. I added more weight to my routine today and it seemed to work well. Now it's a matter of continuing mobility work to make sure my left hip doesn't continue to give me issues. Not sure if I need more than the QL stretch and the 'Greatest' stretch.
