Woke up well rested today. I think getting in bed earlier really helps. i know it helps the wife sleep better, which means I sleep better. For the workout, I think I moved through things well. The only lift that really felt heavy today was the shoulder press. The front squat and the deadlift felt comfortably heavy.

Also, I'm a bit surprised by my weight. So funny to see it go down so quickly. I need to stay "tight" on my diet.
