First workout since the time changed. I missed it this morning, so I worked out in the early afternoon. I was happy with the weight I lifted. I even surprised myself a bit with the squats. I probably could have gone heavier. With the other lifts, I think I did just about right on my weight selection. The Romanian Deadlift/Bent Over Row combo was actually a bit tiring, given that I didn't rest between sets of each.

Starting next week, I will move forward on biking more and lifting less. I definitely want more bike fitness.
