Notes

Had a short, intense session this morning on the trainer. I am SO GLAD i bought my road bike. It meant I could hop on the trainer and get a good workout in, all without using a lot of time. I still want to do longer sessions in the afternoons/evenings. Still, every little bit counts.

One issue I'll have to address is my drive train. I need a new chain and rear sprocket, along with the correct adjustments, to get rid of the skipping/hopping I have going on.
