Felt a little sluggish this morning. I think this may be due to the change in routine and the time change. I'm adding more biking into the weekly routine as a way to help me get ready for the Big Dam Bridge 100 this fall. Still focused on good effort with the weights, though I shifted the focus from heavy weights to more reps with lighter weight.

Starting next week, I will move forward on biking more and lifting less. I definitely want more bike fitness.
