Notes

Did a quick ride on the indoor trainer on the road bike after getting it back from the shop. It definitely shifts and "drives" much better than before. Also, the bar tape and shifting hood positions have been corrected. I'm SO ready to get out on the road!

Interestingly, today's workout was more "hill climbs" in large gears. Because so much of it was strength based, I didn't have any real issue driving the gears. I think I need to spend more time spinning and/or doing longer rides. Leg speed and technique are the order of the day now.
