The Dumbbell Front Raise works your front shoulder muscles to improve all of your arm movement and help with everyday life. And you'll feel better with sculpted shoulders.

Muscle group: Shoulder

Steps

Grasp dumbbells in both hands with an overhand grip. Position the dumbbells in front of your legs with arms only very slightly bent. Raise the dumbbells forward until arms are higher than parallel. Hold this position briefly then lower in a controlled manner.

Tips

Be sure to hold your abs tight to support your back. Even though it's tempting, don't bend back to help you lift. Also, be very careful not to lock your elbows.
