Notes

Focused on better form on the benches to keep my left shoulder from getting irritated. Same for rows: narrower grip, elbows closer to the body, aimed bar lower on the abdomen. Gotta keep those elbow tucked in on the triceps pushdown. May eliminate dumbbell shoulder raises entirely in the future (possibly keeping reverse flys) and just doing some cable rotations to strengthen rotator cuffs. Dumbbell flys are also under suspicion.
I'd take that last set of benches with a grain of salt; spotter seemed to lift a bit. They felt easier than they should have. Also did a form check vid on rows and they're awful. Torso comes way up. Back to the drawing board for those.
