Märkmed

Didn't get as good a rest last night as I wanted. Still managed to get up and get my workout in. Did a little stretching, including 'stripper stretches' and some chest/shoulder work. Also did 5 reps of the Burgener warm up with the small bar. I may be ready to move to the 45# bar in a couple of weeks.
