Märkmed

Had a surprisingly good workout this morning. Got in bed late, so I didn't sleep as well last night as normal. Still managed to get up at a decent time and get to my workout. Warmed up with some boxing movements and the Burgener warm up (5 reps per movement with the light bar). Managed to get through almost all of my pull ups today, with the exception of the last one on the last set. Nice to already see some improvements.
