Notes

Had a pretty good workout this morning. Still finding it tough to wake up and get moving in the morning. Maybe I need to limit the 'fun time' with the wife in the evenings? Nah...
Warmed up with some good stretches, including shoulder stretches, neck rolls and stripper stretches. Also did the Burgener warm up with the Olympic bar (4 reps per movement). For the pull ups, I managed to get all of my reps in all sets, except the last. Had to do 3 jumping pull ups to finish the work. Felt good starting, but was pretty done by the end.
