Notes

Took a week off, although I probably should have just de-loaded a bit. I did manage to get a little running in this past weekend. It made me realize I need to run more. :P Have a pretty standard warm up routine that includes:
- Stripper stretches
- Arm circles
- Reach behind shoulder stretches
- Body Twists
- Burgener Warm up (45# bar, 4 reps per movement)

I actually feel pretty good today. I think the rest was helpful. I definitely want to keep up the running.
