Märkmed

First time lifting upper body since laying off last week. Felt fine, although my lower body was a little stiff from yesterday's workout. But that's to be expected.
Warm up included:
- Stripper Stretches
- Hip Openers
- Arm Circles
- Shoulder Stretches (Reach behinds)
- Body Twists
- Burgener Warm up (45# bar, 4 reps per movement)
