Felt really good this morning. Rolled calves pretty well before starting other warm up/work out moves. Seems like it really helped my squatting today.
Warm up included:
- Stripper Stretches
- Hip Openers
- Leg swings
- Trunk Twists
- Arm Circles
- Arm shoulder swings
- Pass throughs
- Shoulder stretch w pole behind the back
- Burgener Warm Up (Oly bar, 4 reps per movement)

Cool down included:
- Seated hamstring stretch
- Seated back stretch
- Hip stretches
