Notes

Had a pretty good morning. One thing I'm working on is getting up just a tad earlier. Of course this means I have to get out of bed. :P I can tell my hamstrings and back are still a bit tight from tweaking my leg during the run last Saturday. *SIGH* Guess I need to go MUCH slower in progressing on the runs and lifts.
