Increased the weights on my upper body workout. Felt pretty good. I even made it through all of my pull ups without needing to cheat! Oh yeah!!

- Foam roll calves, hamstrings and glutes
- Trunk twists
- Stripper Stretches
- Hip openers
- Arm swings
- Back stretches
- Pass throughs
- Pull behind stretch
- Burgener Warm Up -45# bar, 5 reps per movement
