Kinda tough to get going this morning since it's raining. I did get my sorry butt out of bed and get moving. The workout went pretty well, although I did need to do 'cheat' reps for my final set of pull ups. :P

Warm Up
- Foam roll calves, hamstrings and glutes
- Trunk twists
- Stripper Stretches
- Hamstring kicks
- Hip openers
- Arm circles/ arm swings
- Pass throughs
- Pull behind stretch
- Burgener Warm Up -45# bar, 5 reps per movement
