Notes

New squat PR.
Ditched benches for a while to let my right shoulder recover. In the meantime I'll do triceps extensions.
My left shoulder started hurting on the squats. Not sure why, the elbows were back, hands over the bar. It radiates down the biceps to the elbow, so it seems like classic elbow tendinitis. Must figure out how to fix this soon.
