Did my normal 15 minute routine. Felt good to get up and get moving. One thing I did yesterday, and I'm trying to do today, is move more during the day. I have an app that tracks sitting/standing time, which is helpful for reminding me to get up off my butt. I'm also trying to use that movement time to do more gym movements, instead of just walking around.
