Notes

Had a good workout this morning. I've found a new rhythm with the new puppy. Basically I let the pups out, then start the workout. They stay out and can run around a bit, and I can get my workout in. Feels nice to be back in the 'gym' after laying off for a week. I definitely need to do this, for my mental as well as physical well being.

Warmed up with shoulder rehab lifts, then simple bar work and pass-throughs to loosen up the shoulders more. Continued with Burgener warm up-3x per movement. The lifting went a little slower than I anticipated this morning, but I think that's a good thing. I took more time in the warm ups, and I took a little more time with the rest interval during the lifts.

Also, the GymWolf app sucks. It added everything as KG to my workout, so I basically had to redo all my entries. I think I'll just stick with the website.
