Notes

Did my morning yoga routine, plus IT band stretch and hip stretches. Felt good to get moving in the morning, although it was a bit tough to wake up. Also did some shoulder rehab stuff to improve the right shoulder. I think this is a nice compliment to the weight lifting I'm doing. I probably need to look at some mobility work soon, maybe in the afternoons.
