Notes

Warmed up with shoulder rehab lifts w 5lb weights. I can tell this was a big jump from the 2.5lbs I had been using. Glad to see progress in something. Then used the iron bar for shoulder loosening and pass-throughs. Finally did Burgener warm up with the iron bar, 4x each movement. Felt good going into my lifts.

Cool down was just IT band stretches. I will probably do hip stretches later in the day.

I can tell today is Friday because I had a harder time waking up and getting up. Definitely need to tweak my bedtime routine, with Jenny's help.
