Started with the shoulder rehab work, 5lbs. Felt pretty good to start, though a bit stiff at first.

Did various movements for calisthenics type workout. Did assisted pistols w the rings, as well as ring holds w knee raises, and push ups with arm straightening, again with the rings. Mostly just focused on moving in various planes and improving my feel for the rings.

Cool down with IT band stretch, flat back hamstring stretches, and hip stretch complex. Should probably have included some psoas stretches.
