Notes

Finally back in the gym after a week off due to illness. Definitely need to make sure I have enough rest during all of this time.

Warmed up with shoulder rehab work (7x per movement w 5 lbs), then shoulder looseners w the bar. Finished warm up with the Burgener warm up with the iron bar (4x each movement).

Cooled down with IT stretches, QL lunges and some hamstring/flat back stretches. Probably need to take the time today at work to stretch more and move throughout the day. I have an app to help me with that.
