Warmed up with shoulder rehab work, 3lb and 10x each movement, then did Turkish Get up and swings.
Went easy on the Turkish Get up. Felt a couple of shoulder twinges on the right shoulder, but nothing major. I can tell it's getting a little better each day. I just need to be consistent and focus on slow, steady work.
Did single hand swings w the 35lb plate, alternating sets of 10. Then did 50 more two handed with 40lbs in the 'machine.' I liked the work and moved through it quickly.
