Notes

Today was a vacation day, but I still got up and lifted before the day started. Warmed up with shoulder rehab movements (3lb 10x each). Did some shoulder looseners w the bar and pass throughs. Completed my warm up with the Burgener warm up, 5x each movement with the iron bar.

Increased the weights today since things were feeling a bit too easy. Glad I did, even though it made the workout tougher. :)

Felt pretty tight in my left hip/back, so I spent some time throughout the day working on stretching. Definitely need to stretch and foam roll in the evenings to keep things loose.
