Took it pretty easy this morning, focusing mostly on mobility and ab work. Shoulder rehab, 5lb 7x each movement. Internal rotation pulls with the towel, 3 x 5 seconds each side. 15 Minute morning yoga, plus hip stretches. Ab work, including 10 'puking cats', 5x 2 sets of myotatic crunches w 5lb weight and 2 sets of 10 reps hanging knee raises.

My plan for this evening is a nice 'ruck walk' with the puppies. Probably only about 30 minutes or so. The goal will be to only breathe through my nose so as to work on aerobic efficiency.
