Morning Yoga - Did the normal morning routine.
Hip stretch complex - Felt good to work through these movements.
Puking Cats - 10x Need to work on breath control a bit more to get more out of these.
Myotatic crunches - 2x5 @ 5lbs for these. Need to work on breathing better through the exercises
Shoulder rehab movements - 5lbs, 9x each movement. felt good getting these done. Shoulders are definitely staying in shape.
Burgener Warm up - 4x each movement w the 45lb bar. Even did the pressing snatch balance. Definitely helped my back and hips to do the overhead squatting movements. I'm getting to like these more and more.
IT Band Stretches - worked the IT band, as well as reaching forward to work the lower back.
