Notes

I felt a little tired this morning, since I didn't get good sleep last night. Looking forward to some quiet time this evening.

Yoga - normal 15 minute routine to get things started. May change that for a different routine later this week.
Hip stretch complex - Glad I was able to get this in, since it helps my back.
Puking Cats - 10x for this movement.
Shoulder Rehab - 5#, 9x each movement. Felt comfortable doing these.
Myotatic crunches - 2x5, 5#. These are getting easier. I may try to do a straight set of 10 soon.
Pass throughs - 5x - I was impressed with how easy these were. The shoulder rehab movements and the towel internal rotation stretches seem to be working.
Shoulder looseners - 3x each side. Didn't have any issues with these.
Burgener Warm Up 45# bar, 3x each movement - moved through this as a way to get the blood flowing. Felt pretty good, but I'm glad I limited the reps to only 3. Allowed me to move on.
Half Turkish Get Up, 25#, 2x5 each movement - Glad I worked on these. Did them straight through. The last couple of reps had me warmed up pretty good.
