Shoulder rehab work, 5lb, 9x each movement - Shoulders were a bit sore from yesterday. I think I overdid the Hammer Curl/Arnold Presses.
Towel behind the back internal rotations - 3x 5 seconds
shoulder looseners - 5x
pass throughs - 5x
stripper stretches - 3x
The rest of the time was spent in squat therapy to try and improve my technique, especially lifting my chest and being more upright.
