Notes

Workout sets while at work. Didn't get three sets like I wanted, only managed two. Still doing assisted dips, though they are getting easier. The pull up work is for the full pull ups. I also add 10 pull up progression exercises to each set. The Squats are a way to get in some lower body work. I may change things up and try lunges next time.
