Märkmed

Did the reps and sets throughout the day at work. I like how it gets me out of my chair during the day. I can tell that the exercises are getting easier as well. Kind of nice to see my strength increasing. I definitely need to find more time to work on my cardiovascular fitness. That's one reason I added the lunges instead of the squats. I probably need to add more reps per set. And if I'm going to meet my weight goal of 205, I need to cut down on the sugar/carbs.
