Märkmed

Lightened up the lunges a bit and added more resps. I did this to give my body a little time to adapt, since my glutes were hit a bit hard by this new movement. The other work is still moving forward, though my dips are definitely suffering. I need to work on full depth negatives to work on 'getting out of the hole' in the bottom of my dip, since that is my weakest point in the movement right now.
