felt a bit tired this morning, but still got in a workout. Went light again, with fewer sets as well since I needed to drop the kids off for seminary early this am.

Work out:
Went on a walk with the dogs before I was able to complete the kettlebell swings. I'm actually a little surprised i was able to complete that many, as I typically work until I'm breathing hard. I probably need to add weight soon.
