Work Out:
I felt good w this mornings workout, though it took me a little bit of time to get going. the workout went well. I wanted to get back to lifting heavier, instead of the lighter weights from more recent workouts. Definitely felt good, though I'm sure I could have lifted heavier. Probably need to go hard next time.
