Work Out:
Had a good workout this morning. Got some good sleep last night and was able to pretty much bounce out of bed, ready to go. It probably helped that the weather was a bit warmer. I'm also glad I was able to include some abdominal work at the end of the workout. I'm slowly but surely lifting heavier as well, though I think I can go heavier next time I lift.
