Got started a little late since I didn't sleep well last night. I swear, I have to do something about Jenny's waking me up. I think I may just have to put in ear plugs at the beginning of the night.

Otherwise I had a pretty good workout. I decided to go with something different, since I wanted to change things up. I'm glad I included the kettlebell swings. Did more weight than usual and could tell!

Cool down:
it band stretch 3 x 5sec
Hip stretch complex
'Greatest Stretch' 5 x each side.
