Had a good workout and definitely liked lifting heavy. One thing I experienced was issues with my left hip/IT band again. It was weird but, as I warmed up, it seemed to get tighter. Spending some time in the bottom of the back squat seemed to help loosen things up. I may have to try weighted stretches in the future on off days to keep mobility.
