Had a great, short workout this morning. I definitely like the "short and heavy" lifting idea. I was surprised at how comfortable I felt under the weights. I will definitely have to increase the weights that I lift next time. I plan to lift three days a week, with stretching/calisthenics on the other days. Looking forward to putting this in action.
