Märkmed

Did a few sets/reps of incline DB bench press to work on some shoulder issues. Warmed up with shoulder rehab movements. 5lbs x 6 reps each movement. Definitely think I should continue this. We'll look at where and how to work this in. Something is always better than nothing.
