Warm up:
15 Min yoga routine
Shoulder rehab movements
Burgener warm up, Iron Bar, 3x each movement

Morning "wake up" routine to get ready for the day, short and sweet. The plan is to include more morning "wake ups", no matter what I have planned for the afternoon.

Cool down:
Hip stretch complex - definitely need to restart these and be consistent. Had hip pains yesterday after a long day of work, specifically because of tight hips.
