Did the 15-minute morning yoga routine to wake up, then did some basic calisthenics moves to get going. This included my shoulder rehab movements (5lb x 8 reps per movement), and a fun set of 8 elevated push-ups then 8 assisted pull-ups, x 3. It got the heart going and helped me get moving.
