Notes

Had a great ride in the afternoon after doing some projects around the house. It was nice to get out and ride. I didn't try to ride too hard, just kept things nice and steady. I went out slow (RPE 3), then increased the pace a bit for the ride home (RPE 5, hitting 6-7 on hills). I had planned to ride a bit longer but decided to keep it short.
