Notes

Did a quick workout in the afternoon to get some energy out. I used the lighter weights in the initial reps to warm up, then worked hard on the final reps. I did the exercises as combo exercises and didn't put the weight down until I went through the full cycle. I finished up with some kettlebell rotations (10 each direction withe the 35# weight) and the kettlebell swings. Interesting thing that it seemed to hit my hands/grip quite a bit.
