Notes

Had a good ride in the evening. Mostly spent my time on the road, bit I did a spin around the Pfeiffer Loop as well. Then I did 5 30 secs on, 30 secs off sprints. Had a hard time going all out since it was getting dark. Still a great ride and a way to wake up.
