Notes

Quick Arnold Press set at the end of the evening. Only rested 30 secs between sets as a way to quickly move through the workout. Didn't really do a warm up or cool down, but figured I needed to work on my upper body since I cycled today.

Definitely looking forward to longer, warmer rides when the days start lengthening.
